I’m not a lawyer but I agree with your reasoning. I think MF and SP, his brilliant counsel, tried a play in the judicial playbook that normally would work, but this is not a normal case ... so on and on it goes. Now further delay and Judge Sullivan’s “hearing” is up next. I’m confident in the end, however long it takes and however currupt Sullivan et al show they are, Flynn will be cleared as he should be.
