If Flynn “has the goods”, he should spill it regardless. I would think patriots would stand against the “judge” if it were true. I realize the idea is to do things “by the book”, but why should we when the other side is corrupt?

McCabe's supposed statement "First we F#CK Flynn, then we F#CK Trump" certainly came true. If there are some available proximal "explosions" to hit the news, perhaps this case could be dismissed quickly.

Two can play that game.
The DOJ can join as an ally with the defense and do an info dump into the hands of Sidney Powell, revealing all of their dirty play against Flynn. They can bring in all of the FBI agents and Comey under oath. They can depose every person that was in the Oval Office on Jan 5, 2017. Pientka has been moved to the west coast; he knows stuff.

Flynn update - here is the order denying the mandamus.
The case goes back to Judge Sullivan.
The opinion ends with these words:
“we expect the District Court to proceed with appropriate dispatch.
Anyone here still think FedGov is honest and nonbiased?
The Rat party operatives who quizzed Flynn’s attorneys a few weeks ago had this decision pre-planned all along.
No relief for the Trump’s people. Just ruthless twisting and distortion of the “Rules”: since when is a Judge the prosecutor?
These are Communists who believe that they have the right to seize power whenever they decide, elections and separation of powers be damned.
But they won’t. Meanwhile, Durham is taking his sweet time. He has all the time in the world. It’s Sept tomorrow.
What’s appropriate dispatch mean?
