The financial impact of that will be enormous. Big malls to strip malls. Restaurants. Sheetz and WaWa. And the list goes on.

And because they'll no longer be crammed into stressful big cities, they'll start becoming Republicans...(talk about changes.)

Tax base will be gone. City will try to trap people with tax auctions investments. But one thing is for sure, the center will be deserted of business and turn like detroit if residency is deterred and utilities/taxes too high.
