Really, the only thing a cop can do is give a trespass warning if the store wanted to press trespass charges. All of us must understand that not wearing a mask is NOT AGAINST THE LAW. If a police officer should try to arrest, I would threaten to sue him and he would lose his qualified immunity. Arresting someone who has committed no crime, is basically kidnapping. Police aren’t above the law.

The US Constitution is the supreme law of the land. For any statute to be considered valid, it must be in agreement.
