This kid is turning into a hero to a lot of people. He already has a lot of passionate defenders and many, many people will be watching that he gets a fair shake. All o this is the opposite of that The-Powers-That-Be want.
Should not the prosecutors review the facts before pressing charges? Or do they believe that accusations are all they need?
Are the prosecutors communists?
One thing that I wondered about was the sheriff was convicting him before he even charged him by saying he shouldn’t have been there, but where the hell was he (the sheriff) It took minutes before they even showed up, so if they had done their jobs, it would not have been necessary.
This kid was set upon by white professional thugs and bully’s with criminal records. There is amble video evidence that these people mean to harm their victims. And often cause severe wounds and even death. It is also known that the skate boards they carry have been modified to be harmful weapons a kin to a long black jack. And many have other weapons hidden out of sight.
This kid is a hero. Doing the job that the police were not allowed to do. Keep the peace. Kenosha got quieter after the kid did his stuff. It reminds me a bit of the story Liberty Valance or even Shane.
I say move the case to New York where he can be out on bail in minutes.
I think the prosecutor(s) have let their alligator mouth overload their hummingbird ass by overcharging-1st degree intentional homicide doesn’t really fit what you see on the video...

Regarding weapons possession by minors in Wisconsin, you should all READ the law closely instead of going by media reports and politically-motivated indictments. Wisconsin statutes state: 948.60(2)(a) “Any person under 18 years of age who possesses or goes armed with a dangerous weapon is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.” HOWEVER, a bit further: 948.60(3)(c) “This section applies only to a person under 18 years of age who possesses or is armed with a rifle or a shotgun if the person is in violation of s. 941.28 or is not in compliance with ss. 29.304 and 29.593.” 941.28 bans SHORT BARREL rifles (<16 in.) and shotguns (<18 in.) and the other two statutes pertain to hunting regulations.
