My point is that in a fair election, Trump can win any state...especially Minnesota!

No, that's not true. There are some states that are so heavily democratic that he can't win. This is not 1980 or 1984 or 1988.

Consider this: George HW Bush won 60% of the white vote in 1988 and won 40 states. Romney won 60% of the white vote in 2012 and lost. Trump won 54% of the white vote but lost the popular vote but won enough of the white vote in the right states to win the electoral college.

Minnesota should be an easy pick up for Trump this year since he lost it by only 45,000 votes. With the riots in Minneapolis and the support in the Iron Range, Trump should win Minnesota.

But Minnesota is not Cali, NY or IL. Minnesota is much more competitive than the three states mentioned.

Minnesota doesn't have Silicon Valley with its legion of liberal hi tech workers. Minnesota does not have almost a 1,000,000 workers in the entertainment industry that California has. There is nothing close to San Francisco in Minnesota.

As much as you would like it to be, some states are out of reach for a republican to win. Likewise, a democrat won't win Utah or Idaho, either.
