KENOSHA, Wis. (AP) —The judge in Waukegan, Illinois, postponed Kyle Rittenhouse's extradition hearing to Sept. 25 during a brief video conference that was streamed online. Rittenhouse asked for the delay in order to have time to hire a private attorney. He faces five felony charges, including first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless homicide, and a misdemeanor charge for possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor.
Rittenhouse, a white teen who was armed with a semi-automatic rifle as he walked Kenosha's streets with other armed civilians during this week's protests, would face a mandatory life sentence if convicted of first-degree intentional homicide. Under Wisconsin law, anyone 17 or older is treated as an adult in the criminal justice system. (clip) Another Rittenhouse attorney, Lin Wood, said Thursday that the teenager was acting in self-defense.
From my standpoint, it’s important that the message be clear to other Americans who are attacked that there will be legal resources available in the event false charges are brought against them,” he said. “Americans should never be deterred from exercising their right of self-defense.”

Lin Wood, attorney who represented Nick Sandman, is now representing Kyle Rittenhouse from Antioch, Illinois, who went to Kenosha to help business owners defend their business.
Mr. Wood set up a GoFundMe yesterday to raise funds for Kyle and shortly after, it was taken down. So within a couple of hours Mr. Wood set up the Fight Back Foundation. God bless this man!

Millions of the shrinking number of SANE Americans who watched as Democrat “leaders” around the country ENCOURAGED by word or inaction the wanton destruction of property and LIVES by ANTIFA and their Marxist fellow travelers were heartened to see Kyle do what the adults failed or refused to do: FIGHT BACK!!
An added bonus is that he took out some folks who SHOULD, THEMSELVES, HAVE BEEN IN JAIL. Had they BEEN IN JAIL, THEY’D PROBABLY STILL BE ALIVE.
