Twenty years waiting on his sentence to be carried out and this “jurist” stops it on a frikkkn technically. They couldn’t find a Dr willing to write a prescription on the spot? What has life been like for his victim the last twenty years.....oh wait.....

The judge is actually making a mockery out of the system and not really saving the murderer.
But I do see the judges point of view, with out a prescription, this guy could be given drugs that may be harmful to him.

I have never needed a prescription for a drug given to me by a doctor or nurse.
I needed a prescription to buy drugs that I take myself at home.
But I am not smart like a judge so I don’t know what I am talking about.
I know this is COMPLICATED for people here, but when our side SITS OUT elections, we get judges like this.
Work on it, please.
We must find out those who are appointing these judges and let the country know. Get those in Congress who approved, removed from office.

As for the judge stopping the execution for this is pure BS. No doctor can give such a prescription because it is meant to kill the “patient”.
OK. Just use a rope. If not a rope, a bullet to the back of the head would work too.
Execution need not be complicated or expensive.
