I had tuned out, busy working, so missed that moment in 2016. It one of those moments that says a LOT about Trump’s character.

This convention has been a breath of fresh air. For me, the most emotionally impactful speakers were “ordinary” Americans such as Maximo Alvarez, Alice Johnson & the Widow Dorn.

I was trying to watch the convention, catch up on FR, and hubby was talking to me, lol. I finally had to put down the iPad and just try to watch 'the show'.

What an astonishing four days this has been! President Trump and his RNC / Trump 2020 team completely exceeded my expectations in orchestrating this magnificent convention. I knew it would be far better than the DNC, but the two aren't even in the same universe!
As someone on this thread said earlier, "Wow, this is far better than a few streamers falling down from the ceiling!" -- referring to Senile Joe Biden's pathetic "big surprise moment" at the DNC. LOL!
