What biased nonsense. The shot half-arm-guy had a pistol in his half-arm; one of the dead was using his skateboard in a deadly manner.

It appears that the BLM supporter shot in the arm had his firearm in that hand when he was shot, and held onto it after he was shot because the hand had gone into spasm. He certainly could not have picked it up and held it after being shot with so much of his arm shot away.

Which, given his prior attack on the AR-15 wielder, he already had his handgun in that hand. I.e., the AR-15 wielder acted in self-defense at that point. Though why the BLM dude didn't use it immediately, and intead jumped on the AR-15 guy from behind, is a good question. Maybe he was trying not to use deadly force. Maybe he just wasn't thinking. We'll probably find out.
