Perhaps if people obeyed the law and didn't resist arrest, they wouldn't get shot. Maybe we can start with the systemic cycle of disobeying the law. It's a learned behavior from gangs which take over for missing fathers.

So why didn’t you bring up your son to STOP when cops tell him to stop, not behave in a way that causes him to have an outstanding arrest warrant for violent behavior and not carry around what looks like a knife?
Except the rules of engagement they will be given will prevent them from doing anything other than stand there and get pelted with rocks, bricks, bottles and fireworks. Just like the police.
