Just on production value alone, the Democrats looked like they were webexing from a 2009 flip phone.
I also was genuinely impressed by the production value. Almost every backdrop was covered in colorful American flags. All the venues were really well lit with an abundance of uplighting. The transitions were seamless. The speakers were incredible.
But what really made it so moving was the soundtrack. Most people hear it, but don't think about it. It was full orchestra, soaring Americana. Not patriotic music, per se. But the type of background instrumentation you hear in epic movies.
That's what the sound track achieved. It reinforced grandeur and American greatness.
Truly impressed by the team that is producing the convention.
Between master producers Donald Trump and Steven Mnuchin, our convention had better be more snazzy than theirs. I don’t understand why the RATs didn’t recruit some of their Hollyweird critters to step up.
