Ok here's the alleged militia guy on his back after he tripped....firing away....the guy to the outside/right of the red circle went down soon after...likely already shot

I’d love to see a still photo of the thug on top of the so called militia guy.....I tend to think likely self-defense but in this situation it’s bound to be complex.
