The rioting that has been going on for nearly three months has cops on edge and they are more likely to use force. The guy ignored their commands and kept going to go inside his vehicle in spite of being tased several times. For all they know he could have been going to get a firearm and shoot at them. That is the dilemma and cops are trained to do this. Tasing does not always work but he could have also been on PCP. Since he is in the hospital we will find out if he was on something or not.

I get your side of it but there is a whole lot of stupid going on and we need to reign it in.

So the guy MIGHT have been going after a gun, but, maybe not...Let's kill him just in case...

Hey look, I'm an avid supporter of that thin blue line but there are some really bad ones out there...And this may not be a bad cop...Just a cop who made a very bad decision...

I suspect this type of activity is part of their training to become police officers...
