REDDING, Calif. — The Democratic Central Community of Shasta County proposed a resolution requesting local public health officials and law enforcement to make wearing masks and social distancing in public places mandatory.
Chair of the organization, Jenny Abbe, said she believes law enforcement should issue warnings and ticket those who don’t comply.

I would do it today at my age of almost 81 if I had a “place to go” and if I knew from my past 1 person I loved/admired greatly who was there. I am sure they are there but I don’t know if they are now who I thought they were 70 years ago.
And that may be the situation many people are in regardless of age. We scattered, blown by the winds of time and circumstance here and there not only in the US but all over the world.
I am grateful for this website. Very grateful. I do know we can communicate through very secure websites like Protonmail locate, I think, in Switzerland if necessary.
