State Democrats succeeded in kicking the Green Party off the ballot in Montana this week, with the Montana Supreme Court ruling that they must be dropped.
The decision could impact the tight U.S. Senate race between Republican Sen. Steve Daines and sitting Democratic Gov. Steve Bullock – one of several that could determine control of the U.S. Senate.

Stupid move. Piss off a group that will never support you and maybe pull the lever for the other guy.
Most green party voters will stay home rather than choose a Democrat.
Hope Daines is going to take advantage of this and court their vote, not for himself, but against what the DEMS did.
The ‘LincolnProject’ has anti Steve Daines ads in support of Bullock.
My county (Gallatin) has passed a resolution for mail in ballots in November.

I am not a lawyer nor do I know election law. But it would seem to me that there is sufficient grounds for a federal lawsuit to get the green party reinstated to the ballot.
