Thank God Thursday night is the last night of the Democrat convention.
Actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Socialist Andrew Yang attempted a short comedy skit to kick off the Democrat convention.
It was a total flop.
The duo made fun of Vice President Mike Pences name.
No wonder why hardly anyone is watching this dumpster fire.
Aka circle j***.
Interesting thing about her name.
Way back when, I had a history class and I learned something about the Dreyfus affair in France during the mid-1880s.
Had to do with the author Emile Zola and the Jewish people. ???
I wonder if she’s related?
I will have to look it up.
Interesting.
The whole convention 0was “stilted, stiff and bad.”
I agree. It was dreadful.
Yang was funnier than she was.
LOL! Especially in these times, we could all do with a little thirteen-year-old humor.
Yeah, I often think about which show is funnier, Seinfeld or Friends.
I always have to go with Friends because Seinfeld is too nihilistic. For me, at least.
rather then the grueling and depressing pre-recorded junk they regurgitated!
“If the Rats had any sense...”
...they wouldn’t be Democrats.
If you search YouTube for "Friends without laugh track" it brings up several sequences, usually two to four minutes.
Without a laugh track, the sequences are just odd. If you were with someone and they said those things, you wouldn't laugh, you'd go, "are you stupid?"
The actors on these shows are functional props. The production crews are what makes the shows work. That includes the writers, but also the camera people, lighting people, and the post production people that did the edits to improve timing, threw out lame sequences, picked the best from several takes, etc.
It looks like when the plandemic started, they let all the production people go, and the production people are the actual talent.
I've covered sports for several years, and the ESPN camera people are artists. They're just brilliant at capturing game footage. The "talent," commentators and hosts, are interchangeable widgets. Many of them aren't that bright, and they can be replaced in an instant. Trying to replace a camera man that can track the ball from the quarterback's hand and follow the spiral on a tight shot all the way to the receiver? Lots of luck.
That's why the DNC sucked. The talent isn't talented. The production crews are the talent, and they replaced the production crews with bozos that don't know how to do anything except hit "record" on a zoom meeting.
That, too. It's odd, though. What the Rats used to excel at was casting people for parts. Bill and Hillary were cast as the hip boomers against the stodgy WWII generation.
Obama didn't get elected because of anything except his ability to read a teleprompter and look right. In 2006, if you were casting a movie for the first black president, you'd have picked Obama. Jihad Barbie and AOC were brilliant casting. They're reasonably pretty, and AOC wears the "geek girl" glasses. It makes them appear non-threatening while they function as vessels to advance a truly hideous plan.
So, how in the H E double hockey sticks did they end up with Biden and Harris? They positively repel people.
There's a reason they're pushing "Vote Blue No Matter Who."
I THINK they planned on Beto being the candidate. They dumped more money into his senatorial campaign than any other senate race in history. Capture Texas, jump to the national stage before the nation knows who he is, and he's in the White House with no one having any idea about his policies (like Obama.) When he lost, they still tried to run him, but his own goofiness made it impossible.
Maybe many ‘elders’ in the party, mostly rational and thoughtful, have gone and there are now well-indoctrinated, woke, SJW-focused Xers and Millennials making more decisions. Adult children, those.
