I loved it.

Even though I hiked all around almost every day for a few days, at best I saw half.

At some point, I could do it again.

I stayed in the dorms, the 70s section.

It was an experience as well.

I went with one of my brothers who was a commercial pilot and one of his friends-an Oneida Indian we called Chief Oshkosh who flew P47s during WW2.

Anyway, we walked around looking at all the WW2 aircraft. Chief got himself half a snoot full-beer, and started talking about getting into one of the P47s and taking off.

We got him to hell out of there. He was actually that nuts and would have tried it.

That was the late 60s or early 70s..
