Years ago I traveled to India. I stopped at a restaurant. Right there on the menu was Dum Bass. Fortunately, the waiter spoke English. He explained Dum means cooked with steam and Bass is a fish. It was excellent.
But I take in dumbassery has little to do with steam cooking of fish.
