So, arrest a guy who attacks a Fed Marshall (who takes the job knowing the risk), but let's not arrest the many who attack innocent citizens and their businesses.

Of course, I want this guy arrested, charged and jailed, but it sure would be nice to show the same justice to the average Joe.
