Two words - Clinton Foundation. They answer to Barr. I find it hard to believe they kept him in the dark over an indictment of this magnitude.

The Clintons are somehow exempt from the usual legal standards that apply to the rest of us humans. They do whatever they want with impunity. It's a real mystery.
