That's just a fact.
To be rational and dispassionate about it, this charge involves wire fraud and embezzlement, which is an egregious and tractable violation which leaves behind obvious financial fingerprints.
On the other hand, the Deep State over reaches are more about conspiratorial entrapment, and report falsification, which is much harder to catch, prove, and prosecute because there is less of a paper trail than financial transactions like these.
Bannon just screams "sleazy used-car salesman", and I am not surprised he is a crook.
