I feel bad for all the owner/operators running Goodyear stores. They didn't ask to be a part of this sh*tshow.
Some assclown in Akron bought into the "silence = violence" mantra that says political neutrality is not allowed and decided Goodyear needed to be woke and now a lot of good people who just wanted to sell tires are paying the price.
Yes, Goodyear employees uninvolved in this will take a hit. That’s why it’s so important for HR - or any leadership in a company - to make wise decisions. That slide was not a wise decision.
Oh I am sure the President thought of all the little people who depend on Goodyear and then decided his displeasure with the company trumps all (no pun intended).
