Well, I am about to move up the coast from where I am ...up to Carpinteria, CA from Los Angeles.
The ever present homeless population chooses to live by the rivers that empty into the ocean. So the hillsides here in CA are on fire often.
Unless you're going north of Frisco the homeless get even worse the further you go.
I love Carpinteria! Bacon avocado cheeseburger at Tbe Spot, watching dolphins swim by the family-friendly beach, Twice as Nice, AvoFest... such a lovely little town.
