How do they know it’s not power lines touching trees starting those fires? All power statewide should be cut!
It could be, but the fire department is constantly driving around and giving out notices that brush needs to be cleared on one’s property, and other fire issues need to be taken care of. The LA Fire Department is very diligent in giving citations for cleaning up fire hazards.
