I too work for a large corporation that churns out stupid HR rules and policies. At what point will vast employee bases just tell the corporate weenies to far-off? While we do all the real work , they sit in comphy corporate HQs and dream up ways to stage manage the rank & file. None of which focus in wage increases , bonuses , or additional benefits. But along with all these petty p/c rules and crap , the executive types sure do a good job of taking care of themselves. Dox them all ,make them wonder
Employees need to file hostile workplace complaints in large numbers and if they are retaliated on file a class action law suit against these big corporations. Let them lose a few and pay some big bucks they will tell their HR people THEY don’t run the company, shut the hell up and let us sell tires and stay out of politics.
