She mangled her grammar and seconded the nomination of Biden made by Sanders, not seconded Sanders himself for the nomination.

She didn’t seem to mangle anything, just left out Bumbling Joe’s name to clarify her statement, unless she was sending a message that it should be her mentor Sanders. Most likely just an omission of Bumbles name though.
