You probably have a lot of poor black babies seriously ill because their mothers were drug addicted in the cities and they are brought to major urban hospitals which are staffed mostly by white doctors.
In all my experience doctors in these hospitals are the least racist people I can imagine and strive to give absolute care to all their patients even those that can not afford a penny of care.

What’s so sick about this is somebody spent real time and money to come up with this race baiting “study”. That took real time and effort. It wasn’t just burped up by some useless “journalist” who was writing a quick story while sitting in a Starbucks.
My thought and also the possibility that the better black doctors get gigs at better hospitals and white doctors just learning or at the bottom of their class end up in poor hospitals because the better doctors get better gigs.
