Its just another shooting in down town Albany. If there are any shootings around in Albany, they will most likely occur there.

I guess if you live downtown, then Black lives don't matter.

Lived there long enough to know where the shootings occur. The same with any neighborhood. Lived in Brooklyn too. If there are drugs there, there will be shooting. Its a criminal thing not a black thing.
