House Financial Services Committee Chairman Maxine Waters (D-CA) on Saturday made the case that President Donald Trump should be ousted from the White House. According to Waters, the 25th Amendment would allow Congress to make the move.

No then can’t, Maxine. According to the 25th Amendment, the Vice-President has to sign on separately to anything that the cabinet might cook up.
She’s an idiot. 25th Amendment is way harder than impeachment. If his cabinet says he is disabled, he simply has to declare he is not and he is back in. If the cabinet says it a second time, congress can remove him with a 2/3 vote in BOTH houses.
Impeachment only takes simple majority in House and 2/3 in Senate.
25th needs his cabinet AND 2/3 in both houses.

I thought their plan was to have Biden remove him after the election? Gosh, you don’t think they don’t think Dementia Joe doesn’t have it in him, do you? It is almost like they’re making contingency plans for a loss - which is smart. But letting those plans slip out and become public shows a lack of confidence.
