Sen. Lindsey Graham revealed on Friday that Bill Priestap, the FBI's former head of counterintelligence, is the official he claims gave misleading information to the Senate Intelligence Committee in 2018 about the reliability of British ex-spy Christopher Steele’s anti-Trump dossier.
The chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee told Trey Gowdy, sitting in for Sean Hannity on his Fox News show, that he is turning over this information, which he received from FBI Director Christopher Wray, to U.S. Attorney John Durham, who is conducting a review of the Russia investigation.

Gowdy has said on Fox he knew in 2017 the FBI was lying to the GOP House. Graham made no attempt to verify this information in 2018, apparently. Now why would that be?

Gowdy has said he knew before the midterms the FBI was lying to the House about Fisa. And what did he do? Make the rounds on Fake News telling POTUS to and I quote: “act like his innocent if he is.”

"What's our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?" Priestap wrote. "If we get him to admit to breaking the Logan Act, give facts to DOJ & have them decide. Or, if he initially lies, then we present him [redacted] & he admits it, document for DOJ, & let them decide how to address it."
Within hours of its release, the note sent the President and his supporters into a furor on Twitter, while criminal defense lawyers and FBI alumni said they were making too much of the agency's preparation for the Flynn interview, in which the national security adviser lied to the FBI, a crime he later admitted to in court multiple times.

The government is so corrupt its hard to tell who was driving who. The collective antipathy against Trump was spread all over the place from the White House on down. Trump is still to this day surrounded by enemies, many of them remaining inside what are supposed to be the nation’s most trusted agencies. Its a pathetic situation that threatens the foundation of our republic.

Lindsey Graham is as dirty as the underside of the dumpster behind Dennys.
Graham is worried about his election in November. He is the King of Empty Promises. He purposely sat on this for years doing nothing even though he was uniquely positioned to get to the bottom of it despite numerous appearances on Hannity and other Fox shows where he talked a big game and sounded tough.
Graham does not want to get to the bottom of anything. He is pure swamp.
Lest we forget, Gowdy got briefed by the FBI and he came on television and told us all that “if you heard what the FBI heard you would want them to investigate” (paraphrased). He recently said in defense of his support of the FBI at the time that he learned shortly thereafter that he was lied to by the FBI. HE NEVER TOLD US THAT!!!!!!!!!!! He never once retracted his statement that was cited for over a year in the liberal media.
