I asked a couple of people and got these summaries:
1.You gotta watch the whole movie to really understand it. IIA is Interactive Internet Activities. That’s the military nomenclature for what basically you’ve heard just being described for the last three or four years with all the fake news and the fake news journalists and fake stories, fake dossier. All these things are attributes and characteristics of of IIA which is social media psychological warfare.
2. I see that you saw the trailer/summary, but I’ll say that in my opinion, it ties right in with what Q had been saying from early on - but with more detail on how the government and non-government entities have access to our most personal information from our online travels and activities.
And they use that information to “steer” our behavior. And that it’s being used now to “encourage” riots and such that we are seeing in our cities.
It goes into how information collected by NSA and other agencies is shared not only with other governments (five eyes, perhaps) but also is shared with a non-government entity.
A couple of names pop up in the video - a General Jones for example (national security advisor from 2009 to 2010). It really could have been done in 4 or 5 shorter videos. Lots to take in. I ran it while I was doing other things, so I didn’t absorb nearly enough of it. I also saved it off line a little while ago.
