No, it was not."

Yes, the question was raised then. Just because it didn't' run 24x7 in the news by ABC/CBS/NBC, or that you haven't heard of it, doesn't mean it never happened.

President Chester Arthur's eligibility was questioned back in his day.

Soebarkah wasn't unique. He wasn't the first, or even the 2nd, to have his eligibility called into question.
Now that Harris's eligibility will be called into question, and rightfully so, just means that she will be the 4th...at least.
