Howard replaced long-time Fulton County DA Lewis Slayton who did business much like J Edgar Hoover using a little black book noting who’s naughty and nice. Was on Howard’s grand jury for 3 months last year serving justice on innumerable criminal cases. Personally, I have no beef with Howard. Fulton Co. DA has enormous power to make life difficult. His time is up.
