Trump’s parents were citizens when he was born in the US. He certainly would have standing before the courts, but his opponent’s VP selection is not a natural born citizen.
Kamala Harris’ parents were not both citizens when she was born, thus at the time, she and her family had inborn loyalties to three different countries, which means she wasn’t natural born at birth.
