If a patient waits a few days to see a physician for tests and a week for results, if over 70 years of age, you’re dead.
Normal prescription: Pacquenil 400 mg X 2/day-5 days./Zinc Sulfate- 220 mg X 1/day 5 days, Azithromycin 200 mg 1/day 5 days. This works.
I think if the medical community gets behind the data and Rx the meds that it would be fine. These meds and abs should NOT be OTC. However, They should be widely available under the prescriptive authority of a physician, who, you know has the expertise to treat and prescribe medications — unlike just about everyone on this website who thinks they should practice medicine.
