Most of the Homeless should be in Mental Institutions not Hotels
I’ve read that in S.F. non-essential government workers, like museum staff, are being kept on the payroll by delivering groceries, drugs, needles and other necessities to the homeless and those in quarantine in hotels/motels. Perhaps DeBalsio can direct police to provide the same services.
