By banning hydroxi before admittance and forcing patients on a ventilator andy was able to charge 52000 per patient to medicare. By forcing the infected into nursing homes he killed 5500 but before they died he racked in a cool 2 mill on them. Its all about corruption and deliberate mismanagement.

I think just letting them go bankrupt would cause economic chaos and devastation.

There will probably have to be some sort of bailout to prevent a ton of innocent retirees from ending up wards of the state, or worse.

This is what they want everyone to believe, "either you pay us or we all suffer". It couldn't be further from the truth. These states have a lot of assets that need to be sold to pay THEIR debts.

How does New York State ban fracking but demand citizens in other states bail them out?

New York City can throw out all the illegal aliens they welcomed in, start selling off Central Park, remove rent control and Section 8 Housing, and trim their costs of such things as "public education".

California can remove all their fake environmental protections to allow financially responsible usage. California in particular suffered from devastating wildfires because THEY refused to allow lumber companies to harvest wood.
