phil murphy has decided not to provide anything because he says what the President did means nothing.

And it's not just the $100.00 from the state, it's the $300.00 too
In other words he's holding out for billions (he said with a BIG B) that nancy and chuck are going to get him.

This is what he thinks of the people in NJ.
