Hard to say. Maybe in his next term Trump can build a coalition which is how great Presidents get things done. Thus far he’s been a CEO President with few friends.
As I’ve said many times - if Trump does nothing but sign EOs and nominate conservative judges his Presidency will have been a success.
That would be a good goal. Just concerned that in this political climate that it's no longer as easily accomplished. I thought President Reagan did a good job with this. And even President Clinton (always triangulating and playing off both sides against the other for his political power benefit).
Maybe he could work across the aisle if he had a speaker who didn’t hold the country hostage over every bill.
