Are we supposed to believe that adult usage skyrocketed but adolescent use remained flat?
Or, are they pretending legalization had no impact on the population of users at all?
I don't believe that. Have any evidence that it did?

“Are we supposed to believe that adult usage skyrocketed but adolescent use remained flat?”
Why not? Pot use among adolescents in this CO town is not considered “cool,” or whatever term of approbation they are using this week. Even the little morons who vape are not vaping pot.
If you’re old enough, just think back to the way fans of the Doors and Hendrix regarded the rat pack and their drinking. Kids at Woodstock didn’t suddenly shoot bolt upright, shake their heads, and say, “What am I doing? I’ve got to get a tuxedo and a martini.”
