Some random dude just happens to have his cell phone recorder trained on the exact location of the explosion as it occurs. I’m sure this was just a coincidence.

Videos of the explosion clearly show a white fog spraying outwards just before the boom. This same phenomenon can be seen in many YouTube videos of LNG and Propane tank farm and truck explosions -

Of course they were. But they miscalculated the size of the cache and killed way too many civilians.
