If all loans are cancelled, and forgiven, why would there ever be another “student loan”, as no lender would ever be able to even break even? This is just a childish slash at authority, as not a moment’s thought is ever given to any future for most students.
Destroying any chance of higher education, when colleges and universities will have to charge even more in tuition to make up for the hundreds of billions that evaporate with the collapse of the student loan disaster, is exactly what Rep. Ilhan Omar is supposedly trying to remedy. Who says idiots in power cannot make things worse?
