Newly Released George Floyd Body Cam Footage Should Make Keith Ellison Nervous

Those of us that care about actual justice can only view the newly leaked arrest video of George Floyd in one way: damning to the media narrative.

A viewing of the video reveals that the events leading up to Floyd's unfortunate, entirely avoidable death are not as they initially seemed, and its release is nothing short of tossing a massive wrench into the agenda-driven gears of media and political discourse. The four officers might well be guilty of something, but the current second-degree charge of murder is not one of them. The political overreach in the case will cause nothing short of absolute chaos when the verdict is read.

In the immediate aftermath of the Floyd incident this past May, Minnesota's top lawman, an activist first and Democrat attorney general second by the name of Keith Ellison, recommended a third-degree murder charge for Derek Chauvin and the three assisting officers. Under Minnesota statute, third-degree murder would include an action that is "without intent to effect the death of any person" yet "causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life."

Taking the route of unintentional murder seemed appropriate, given that a routine interaction culminated in the presumably accidental death of an offender in custody. We didn't know all of the facts, but there was near unanimity that something bad had happened and that a legal consequence seemed, at the very least, legitimate.

Last night Carlson showed a video of Ellison saying he wasn’t going to release the video until he was sure that it wouldn’t jeopardize the prosecution’s case. In other words, “I want to make sure that the case turns out the way I want it to, justice is damned.”

I predict this will come to trial. Just before the election.

It’s not even assault...unless we’re going to extend that to every encounter between police and idiots.

Ellison knew if he released the video that it wouldn’t have gotten the violent reaction that it did.

Think about what he accomplished : all the protests and riots and elected GOP cowering to BLM, all the statues and painted streets, all the injured and killed police, all the murdered children in the cities.

That would have been at risk if we had seen the body-cam video.
This is one of the most consequential hate crime frauds in history,

And Ellison will not suffer any consequences for his actions.

So the defense and jury weren't going to see it either.

He couldn’t breathe before they even did ANYTHING in the car

Lara Logan, at Fox, said at the time when she had seen some video of the event (probably someone's phone), that he was complaining about not being able to breath while he was still standing.

He is not dead because some cop put his knee on the side of his neck. He is just another Fentyal death.

I read an article shortly after this controversy started, and it was written by a cop. He knew it was fentynl just from the descriptions of the incident. Another gift from China - fentynl.(I really need to learn how to spell that word.)

So, after the jury sees this video and understands what happened before that photo was taken, and they acquit the cop, what kind of riots do we expect?

Questionable.

He was apparently already in physical distress before he was proned. They laid him down because he was in distress sitting up. He may have already been in physical distress before they got him out of the car.

There is a point that I think Floyd realized what was happening to him when he says I’m dead, not I’m dying but I’m dead. This could have been the moment when he realized that fentanyl had already run its course. Then and only then did he give his last messages to his loved ones.

Yes, I think the officers should have noticed the possibility of a drug overdose and maybe had they done so that could have saved his life. But had they just let him go without proper treatment that would probably not have changed his fate at all.

And the rioting and looting would then be because they didn’t save him from an overdose ... because it was opportunistic anyway (if not Floyd then some other excuse) on the part of those wanting to either tear the nation apart or else just get free stuff.

When and if this event gets to a court we’ll find out more
data as to drugs involved in his system at the time of death.

I am confused by your post. Are you implying that body cam footage from four LEO have been faked?

Which points toward him using Fentanyl often enough to know that he had exceeded what his body could tolerate.

Maybe.

The drug has obtained a reputation for what it does and that’s what he may have been working on.

Cases will be thrown out because of immediate firings and arrests.

Permanently biasing all potential jurors.

Not to mention that they are ALL, INNOCENT!

George Floyd (aka George Kirby, George Taylor, Floyd Taylor) KILLED HIMSELF!

I think a hung jury. Only need 1 out of 12.
Retrial or trial by judge on a knocked down charge.
