And by the way and for what it is worth...
To date, there has never been a successful coronavirus vaccine made, due to the nature of the virus. Additionally, past attempts to create a coronavirus vaccine have ONLY RESULTED IN LEAVING THE VACCINATED PERSON WITH A HIGHER CHANCE OF SERIOUS ILLNESS AND DEATH WHEN LATER EXPOSED TO ANOTHER STRAIN OF THE VIRUS, AND ANOTHER MUTATED VIRUS WILL SHOW UP AS SURE AS NIGHT FOLLOWS DAY.

"To date, there has never been a successful coronavirus vaccine made, due to the nature of the virus."

There were successful vaccine candidates made for SARS-CoV-2 (SARS2003) and MERS-CoV (MERS2012), both of which made it through phase 1 and phase 2 clinical trials. Both diseases burned out before phase 3 clinical trials, so funding was cut because those trials are expensive and there was no market for a vaccine for a disease that was gone.

The other five coronaviruses known to infect humans include SARS-CoV-2 (over 200 vaccine candidates and multiple candidates in phase 3 trials right now) and four that collectively cause about 12-20% of the mild respiratory illnesses we collectively call the "common cold" (most of them are caused by rhinoviruses). So of the seven, 3 have (thus far) successful vaccine candidates in testing and four aren't worth creating vaccines for (over 200 different viruses cause "the common cold"). There is nothing about the nature of a coronavirus that says we can't create a vaccine for it. Nothing. SARS2003 was the first one worth trying and we had working candidates in under 20 months.

"past attempts to create a coronavirus vaccine have ONLY RESULTED IN LEAVING THE VACCINATED PERSON WITH A HIGHER CHANCE OF SERIOUS ILLNESS AND DEATH WHEN LATER EXPOSED TO ANOTHER STRAIN OF THE VIRUS, AND ANOTHER MUTATED VIRUS WILL SHOW UP AS SURE AS NIGHT FOLLOWS DAY."

Complete and utter nonsense. There are three coronaviruses that infect humans that have ever had any vaccine candidates. None of them even have multiple strains. Total nonsense without a shred of evidence.

This is just more misinformation and fearmongering. Aren't we getting enough of that from the media?
