The only thing the residents should give muggers, carjackers, etc. is their ammo at 1500 ft./sec.
Sounds like they’re giving robbers and criminals free reign at citizens expense. If they want what you have just hand it over ....’nicely’ of course.
Officals are getting sicker and sicker on what they expect from citizens......as well as the powers they’re taking away from police.
