You are exactly right, that Joe is not doing this pick.
But, it’s equally true that Joe is not even the candidate, in the conventional (or even any meaningful) sense.
This Chinese virus wasn’t released and national riots weren’t started so that Joe could be President.

If they're smart they'll put a mask on Joe and have a vocal impressionist read the statement. All Joe would have to do is pretend he's Charlie McCarthy (Candace Bergen's wooden brother); the mask would obviate the need to precisely sync his lips.
If not Clinton (yes I’m still worried about that), it’ll probably be Warren. There are no widely popular women in the ‘rat Party, except Michelle O who doesn’t want a job, and maybe Granholm of Michigan who wasn’t born in the USA. Biden’s probably poll-testing the renegation of his promise to pick a woman.
If he had any good choices he’d have announced one by now.

Hillary Clinton. She would get her chance at being president almost as soon as Biden won, if that were the case. It would be a back-door way of getting to the presidency, but then, Hillary never had any decency and no character, and never respected the election system.
Biden and Hillary and the DNC are counting on voting by mail to get them into the oval office, and they think they can’t miss using mail-in voting. I’m thinking the same way, that with mail-in voting, Trump is a goner.
