I live in a culture where every adult is armed almost all the time. We have our differences but you do not jump up with a weapon of any kind and you do not start confrontations you are not prepared to finish.

In the video, the old lady is minding her own business looking at a copy machine and the younger lady is actually separated from her by plexiglass. The younger lady then comes around the glass and yells directly into the old lady’s hair. It is at that point the old lady tells her to back of and uses her cane.
