Its the law in NJ. You cant enter the store without a mask.
There is no law, just an executive order, one that greatly exceeds the authority of the state executive branch. Police are law enforcement, not king order enforcement. This order sets a horrible precedent if enforced and held up by law interpreting courts. The whole point of America is the rejection of tyranny.
Too bad you weren’t there to kick the old lady while she was down. Would’ve been very satisfying for you.
Did the state legislature vote and present a bill to the Governor for his signature?
No? Then it’s not a law.
We have to be very precise in our use of language
I live in NJ. I go into 7-11’s . Wawa’s without one. I’ve yet to try my Local Shop Rite. There I’m likely to out gunned. I’m sick of this mask wearing bs. That’s all it is, bs.
Is it the law in NJ?
Has the legislature actually passed such legislation?
Or is it just another extra-constitutional order by a Democrat governor?
“in NJ. You cant enter the store without a mask.”
Maybe she did enter the store with a mask.
Is it a “law?”
