I was not saying that your actual health care is expensive. It is only that it costs the employer much more to insure an older person. Because of the extra cost of insurance, an employer must pay many thousands of dollars more to hire you than to hire a young punk, even if the company paid you less in wages.

Our company signed up for Office 365 and Oracle. Half of the IT dept was fired and the other depts lost a lot of people as the jobs were outsourced to Microsoft and Oracle employees.
Your value is determined by the managers / supervisors bonus money for getting rid of you.

You are exactly right management bonuses are what drives getting rid of employees I’m pretty lucky cuz we have a union and this will slow down how quickly they could get rid of me by then I will have left.

This is another reason the Trump is so popular with the average American Trump really respects workers respects the average American as he so often has said to them in his rallies U are the Elite

You’re right about this so don’t let them shout you down about it.

One way to understand President Trump is that he looks at the USA as a great business that is bleeding money in every direction. Stupid foreign wars are one of the bleeds that he stopped.

If Hiden-Biden were to get in watch how fast we start getting involved in foreign wars.

“as Trump told the South Carolina debate audience in 2016, Republicans have to get over opposing Social Security.

he could have added, funny that you never hear these worries about “going bankrupt” when the subject is endless wars in the Middle East. For the gop establishment, we don’t have money for American seniors, but there’s no limit to what we can spend on Iraq, Afghanistan and Syria.”
